Products

All chainmail jewellery is handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations may occur. These are not considered faults and are part of the character of each piece.

Some items are made to order, while others are ready to ship. Processing times are listed on individual product pages.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, particularly for made-to-order items.

Please ensure all order details, including size and shipping address, are correct before completing your purchase.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Shipping

Processing times and shipping times are separate and are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are outside of our control.

A Crow in Chains is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier providers.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for full details.

Liability

A Crow in Chains is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse of our products.

Jewellery should be worn responsibly and kept away from children.
