At A Crow in Chains, each order is handled with care. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Processing Times

Made-to-Order Items
Chainmail jewellery is made to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be crafted before dispatch.

Ready to Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods or launches, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping

Shipping times begin after dispatch and depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe
  • United States and Canada
  • Australia 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are outside of our control.

International Shipping and Customs

We ship internationally to Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia via Royal Mail International Tracked. All international orders include a tracking number.

Delivery times:

  • Europe: 5-10 working days
  • USA and Canada: 7-14 working days
  • Australia: 7-14 working days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs and processing times.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to custom fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are levied by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. A Crow In Chains has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We declare all parcels accurately and honestly on customs documentation. We are unable to mark items as gifts or alter declared values.

If you are unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.    

Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes or postal disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
