Most pieces are made to order or prepared in small batches.

Chainmail pieces can take 3-5 working days to be made. Curated pieces require a shorter amount of time.

Each product listing includes an individual estimated dispatch time, so you'll know what to expect before ordering.

We don't rush things, but we don't forget about you either.

Handmade work carries time, labour, and care, and with that comes a higher cost. While we love creating pieces by hand, we didn't want A Crow In Chains to be something only a few could reach.

Alongside our handmade chains, we offer carefully sourced elements that allow the collection to exist at different price points. Each piece is chosen for its weight, texture, and presence, so it still belongs to this world.

Whether made by hand or thoughtfully selected, every item is here with intention.

Our jewellery is made with either stainless steel or 925 sterling silver.

If you're looking for something specific, a length, different pendant on a different chain, etc, you're welcome to get in touch. We'll always be honest about what's possible.

Yes, we now ship to Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia via Royal Mail International Tracked. Your order will arrive with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to custom fees or import duties on arrival. These are set by your country's government and are entirely outside our control. We're unable to predict or cover these costs, we'd recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

All parcels are declared honestly and accurately. We don't mark items as gifts or undervalue declarations.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch and we'll make it right.

Because many items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. But we'll always try to help where we can.
